Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Discord bots provided by Nicolas Gulian - nigu.fr ("we", "us"). By adding or using any of these bots on a Discord server, you ("the user") fully accept these terms.

The bots are provided "as is", free of charge unless stated otherwise. You agree to use them in accordance with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You must not use the bots for unlawful purposes, circumvent their technical limitations, deliberately overload them, or exploit any vulnerability.

We strive to keep the service running but do not guarantee any availability or error-free operation. The service may be interrupted, modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the bots, including any loss of data.

The code, trademarks and content associated with the bots remain our property. No license is granted beyond normal use of the bots through Discord.

We may restrict or suspend your access to the bots in case of breach of these terms. You may stop using the bots at any time by removing them from your server.

These terms may be updated. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the bots constitutes acceptance of the current version.
