Privacy Policy — Mes Bots Discord

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

To operate, the bots may process the following data provided by the Discord API:

Discord identifiers (user ID, server ID, channel ID).
The content of commands you explicitly send to the bot.
Configuration settings you define for a server.

The bots do not read or store all of your messages: only interactions and commands directed at the bot are processed.

3. Purposes

Data is used solely to provide the bots' features (responding to commands, remembering a server configuration, performing requested moderation) and for technical diagnostics.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing the requested service and on your consent, expressed by adding and using the bot on your server.

5. Retention

Configuration data is kept as long as the bot is present on your server. It is deleted when the bot is removed, or upon request. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes. Some data passes through Discord (Discord Inc.), which applies its own privacy policy. A hosting provider may process technical data on our behalf.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@nigu.fr.

8. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Changes

This policy may change. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
